Cost effectiveness is important when purchasing kitchen equipment and good service operators should consider the advantage of a systems approach rather than buy ad-hoc pieces of equipment which may not be compatible.

Design and project managment

Our design and planning departments focus on meeting clients' requirements through designing modern, functional kitchens which will serve their needs, not only now but in the future. We liaise with the client and architect from stage one of a project, advising on the overall area and cost, through to specification and tender – including cooking equipment, preparation, refrigeration, service, ware-washing equipment and ventilation.

In addition, to achieve optimum results, Vulcan provides a Project Management and Installation service as part of the contract for the supply of complete kitchens whereby our team of specialists liaises with clients, consultants, architects and consulting engineers, ensuring that after delivery the units are connected and positioned correctly and, if necessary, assembled and bolted down according to plan.

Service, spares and maintenance support

Vulcan has its own dedicated Service Division where personnel are highly qualified to maintain and service all manufactured or imported products. A large inventory of spare parts is maintained to reduce costly downtime. Vulcan guarantees to have available essential spares for a minimum of 10 years after a product has been discontinued.
